Designate exclusive consultants

After gaining an initial understanding of your customization requirements, order volume, and plans, we will assign a dedicated consultant to assist you.

Template design

Designers create paper patterns according to your design sketches or specific requirements for further production. Whenever possible, please provide design source files or PDF documents.

Step3

Fabric cutting

Once the fabric has shrunk, it is cut into various garment sections based on the paper pattern design.

Secondary process

We boast the most advanced printing technology in the industry. Utilizing precision techniques and imported equipment, our printing process ensures a more accurate representation of your cultural elements.

Material selection and cutting

After cutting is completed, we will select the materials. First, we compare different patterns to choose the most suitable one. Next, we pick the right fabric and analyze its texture by touch. We also check the fabric composition on the label to ensure we select the best option. Then, we cut the chosen fabric according to the pattern, using either machine cutting or manual cutting methods. Finally, we select threads that match the fabric color to ensure a cohesive overall look.
